F&F Drug-Free Workplace

  1. The unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited while working in an official capacity for Felix & Fingers. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and subcontractors. Felix & Fingers has a zero-tolerance policy. If you have drugs on a gig, at an event, or on premises at 101 Terrace Drive, Mundelein then that is cause for immediate dismissal. 
    • All employees must abide by this policy.
    • All employees must notify the employer of any criminal drug statute conviction for a violation occurring in the workplace no later than five days after each conviction.
  2. This policy is in effect during all organization-sponsored events during and after normal business hours.
  3. This policy applies in the workplace while workers are on duty, outside the workplace while workers are on duty, and in the workplace and in organization-owned vehicles while workers are off duty.
  4. Controlled Substances include, but are not limited to, Marijuana, Heroin, LSD, Ecstasy, Cocaine, Morphine, Oxycodone, Adderall (unless prescribed), Ritalin (unless prescribed), Vicodin, Codeine.
    • We understand that some of the substances listed above (outside of the ones noted) can also be prescribed, but employees should not be using them while working in an official capacity for Felix & Fingers.
